The Promise - Oscar Isaac on the big screen, not a bad thing. A good but flawed period drama with solid production quality.

Wonder Woman - I wasn't even planning on seeing this, I am so burnt out on superhero movies and comics-based movies (I'm not into comics). But I saw intriguing positive headlines, so I went and I loved it. You can nitpick it to death, it won't change my reaction. I simply loved it. Can't wait for the DVD.

Cars 3 - I liked this as much as I liked the first one. It was fun, funny, and touching, with introspective themes handled so well in the classic Pixar way. Definite thumbs up.

Genius (just finished airing season 1) - I was completely engrossed in this, very impressive, really handled the complexity of Albert Einstein's personality so well. Worth tracking down if you missed it. Excellent cast.

Night Shift - Sadly overlooked medical drama with an excellent, diverse cast and good writing.

Black Sails - Yes, I finally finished season 3, and have started season 4. Still impressed. I was quite iffy about the show in season 1, but Captain Flint kept me going. I'm so glad I did.

Star Trek: Voyager - Ha! You didn't see that one coming, did you? But no, seriously...thanks to BBC America's sadly limited schedule variety )

Dark Matter - Speaking of sci-fi, I'm still enjoying this, despite some annoyances with it. But... )

Shadowhunters - I won't apologize for this one. First of all, I didn't read the books and am not planning to. Second of all, I gave it a wide berth until last week when I marathoned everything aired so far. I won't proclaim it's a great show, but I will say I've unexpectedly been enjoying the hell out of it. Reasons. )

Besides, there's Harry Shum Jr. as Magnus:

Harry Shum Jr. and Matthew Daddario (Alec):

Yuri!!! on Ice - This was just the funnest, happiest thing ever! And right as we watched it, my schoolgirl crush skater Yuzuru Hanyu climbed back up and killed it in Helsinki. So it seemed like the stars were aligned. :)

The Spirit of the Sword (浣花洗剑录) - 40-episode wuxia drama with Nicholas Tse. It was fun and entertaining, but was one of those dramas where things changed dramatically halfway through. Which... )

Edited: I knew there was a reason I chose a Nicholas Tse icon, then forgot to include him! Took care of that. :)
